I entered IT a few years ago and since then my passion lies in product development. As vast as Product building is, I find joy in Product Discovery as well as in searching for user problems based on User Feedback. Experienced in building e-commerce, fintech, intranet and SaaS products.
At Polcode I manage a company’s product along with product consultation I conduct for our clients who require help building a product vision, strategy and who struggle with the product direction in general.

I love sharing my experience, actionable ideas, and information about management in IT with a special weakness for agile methodologies, Scrum especially.
