1. How do you support employee development?
At Polcode, you can develop your interests: become a speaker at prestigious conferences and workshops, publish on our blog, evaluate candidates’ skills or, at the senior level, act as a project leader or mentor. We have a training budget (2 000 PLN/year) and training leave (2 days). You can also get a certificate for specific technology within the company, and we will sponsor it.
