Hi, Polcode here!

We’re a global technology partner that values collaboration, ownership, and a practical approach to building software. Our team of almost 100 professionals helps build and improve digital businesses, software platforms, eCommerce stores, websites, apps, and everything in between. And they’re good at it.

We’re looking for an experienced Project / Product Delivery Manager to join our team and take ownership of delivering multiple IT products end-to-end.

This role combines project management, delivery ownership, and client partnership, with a lighter but important product angle. In practice, it’s a highly hands-on, communication-heavy role where you’re responsible not only for keeping delivery on track, but also for building strong, trust-based relationships with clients.

You’ll work across a portfolio of projects (typically 2–5 at a time), each at a different stage – from early discovery to active development and maintenance. Some will be structured and predictable, others more complex and evolving.

It’s a role for someone who is comfortable operating in a flexible environment, can make good decisions, adapt the approach, and communicate clearly – especially when things get challenging.

Why this project is worth your attention:

  • Real ownership over delivery, communication, and project direction

  • Work across diverse products and technologies – from greenfield builds to ongoing development

  • Direct collaboration with international clients (you are the main point of contact)

  • Opportunity to shape discovery, scope, and ways of working

  • A pragmatic environment where you choose tools and approaches based on context

  • High-impact role balancing client needs, team dynamics, and delivery constraints

  • Close collaboration with an experienced and supportive team (including senior PDM and COO).

Get ready to:

  • Manage the development of IT products across their full lifecycle

  • Work with clients from all over the world and build long-term relationships

  • Lead discovery processes and influence product direction when needed

  • Take full ownership of project delivery, selecting tools and techniques that fit the situation

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise the work of development teams

  • Keep stakeholders up to date on progress, risks, and changes

  • Ensure delivered solutions match real business needs

  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously (typically 2–5)

  • Identify risks early and communicate them clearly – even when conversations are difficult

  • Openness to occasional business trips and in-person client meetings

  • Solve everyday challenges and support the team with your experience.

What were looking for:

  • 4+ years of experience in IT project or product management

  • Strong experience in client-facing roles with full ownership of communication

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and prioritize effectively

  • Experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and classic methodologies, with the ability to adapt them to the project context

  • Ability to assess project specifics (complexity, scale, uncertainty) and adjust the approach accordingly

  • Fluency with modern AI tools and the ability to use them in delivery workflows

  • Confidence in handling difficult conversations and communicating risks, challenges, and decisions clearly

  • Strong communication skills and a mature, professional approach to client and team collaboration

  • Very good command of English (daily client communication).

Perks of being a #Polcoder:

  • Have a significant impact on shaping the company's offer and growth strategy

  • Competitive salary with commission and up to 20 paid days off (B2B)

  • Multisport card, private medical care, life insurance, and meaningful gifts to celebrate important days

  • All the necessary equipment for comfortable work

  • Professional onboarding process and opportunities for continuous skills and competency development

  • We respect your private life – no overtime, no weekend jobs, work-life balance only, promise!

  • Work at times that suit your daily rhythm, from the place of your choice

  • Your work is appreciated – we believe in the power of feedback, as well as the one you give us.
