We’re a global, people-first software house matching ambitious developers with challenging projects. Our team of almost 100 professionals helps build and improve digital businesses, software platforms, eCommerce stores, websites, apps, and everything in between. And they’re good at it.

We’re currently looking for a Business Development Manager to join our in-house Sales team and play a key role in shaping how we acquire and grow clients - both internationally and in Poland.

Based within a Business Development department (Presales, Sales and Marketing), this is not a “classic outbound hunter” role. Instead, you’ll work in a balanced model combining inbound lead handling with thoughtful, insight-driven outbound activities. You’ll collaborate closely with experienced colleagues from your department and delivery teams, and have real influence on how deals are shaped and closed.

We’re looking for someone who understands that great sales is not just about activity, but about judgment, curiosity, and making the right decisions for both the client and the company.

  • Run targeted outbound activities based on insights and market understanding

  • Support upsell and growth opportunities for selected clients

  • Maintain pipeline and lead data in CRM, supported by AI tools

  • Contribute to shared team goals and revenue outcomes.

What were looking for:

  • Around 5 years of experience in B2B sales (services preferred over pure product)

  • Experience in IT services, custom software development, or digital projects

  • Proven ability to close deals and contribute to revenue growth

  • Strong communication, discovery, and negotiation skills

  • Ability to understand client challenges and translate them into solutions

  • Experience working with international clients (experience with Polish clients is also a plus)

  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools 

  • Openness to using AI technologies to enhance your sales effectiveness

  • Proactive mindset - you look for solutions, test ideas, and learn from outcomes

  • Strong sense of ownership combined with team-oriented thinking

  • Fluent English (C1+) for daily communication.
