Currently, we’re looking for a Head of Sales who, while leading the sales team, will develop and undertake activities directed at increasing sales.
Get ready to:

Create and implement sales strategies (developing sales strategies, market segmentation, planning sales activities)

Manage the sales team (supervising, training, motivating)

Collaborate with the marketing team (working closely with the 2-person team, monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns)

Negotiate and manage key customers (responsibility for key negotiations, maintaining relationships with key customers)
-
Deal with budgeting and planning (creating sales budget, reporting results, monitoring costs)
-
Optimize of sales processes (optimization of CRM tools, working on shortening the sales cycle)

Do competition and market analysis

Develop the company's offer (suggestions for new services or products, testing different sales models)

Prepare reports and analyze the data (regular reporting of sales results, preparing of sales forecasts, analyzing of team effectiveness and optimizing of activities)
If you have…

Previous experience in managing a sales team (leadership and team management skills)

Extensive knowledge of various sales strategies (a skill to implement and develop them)

Willingness to support in finding new customers as well as to build and maintain relationships with the existing ones
