We’re a global, people-first software house matching ambitious developers with challenging projects. Our team of almost 100 professionals helps build and improve digital businesses, software platforms, eCommerce stores, websites, apps, and everything in between. And they’re good at it.

We’re currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a long-term project for an international client from the energy sector, focused on building and scaling an enterprise Agile tooling platform.

The project revolves around developing and evolving a centralized platform that supports consistent agile ways of working across multiple teams. The environment is based primarily on the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence), with potential extensions into other Agile SaaS tools and internally developed solutions.

In this role, you’ll act as a key link between business stakeholders, Product Owners, and platform teams, translating complex business needs into structured, actionable requirements and platform-ready configurations.

• High level of collaboration with Product Owners and platform teams.

• Gather, structure, and document business requirements related to Agile tools and platform usage

• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Support backlog refinement, prioritization, and clarification processes

• Analyze the impact of new requirements on existing platform functionalities and governance

• Align requirements with platform standards and non-functional constraints

• Contribute to configuration-level implementation (no coding required)

• Maintain clear documentation and decision logs

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, platform teams, and enterprise stakeholders.

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in digital, SaaS, or platform environments

• Strong skills in requirements engineering (functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria)

• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in complex enterprise setups

• Good knowledge of Agile tools, ideally within the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence)

• Understanding of agile product development and platform-based delivery models

• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience working in large-scale or multi-platform environments

• English (B2+ or higher) for daily communication.
