Recognizing these challenges, the Client, together with the Polcode team, decided to develop an AI-powered chatbot application tailored for interactive learning experiences.

This digital platform leverages AI-driven avatars to create dynamic, engaging conversations, allowing professionals to refine their communication skills in a realistic environment.

Phase 1: Building the Core (January - February 2024)

In Phase 1, the Polcode team developed the application’s core functionalities, including a conversational engine and an intuitive user interface. Basic wireframes provided the initial structure, laying the foundation for the platform.

A view allowing users to engage in AI-driven discussions, replicating real-world interactions.
Administrator Panel and Avatar Profile Creation
A dedicated interface for administrators to add, edit, and manage avatar profiles, enriching the application's versatility and realism.

Phase 2: Voicebot Integration & Design Improvements (March-May 2024)

The voicebot functionality enables voice conversations, adding a new dimension to the training platform. This feature closely mimics real-life interactions, allowing professionals to practice and refine their verbal communication skills across various scenarios.

Along with this integration, we delivered a modern, refreshed, and user-friendly interface for both users and administrators managing the system.

Phase 3: Avatar Profile Development & Conversation Flow Design (June – October 2024)

Phase 3 focused on refining the quality of interactions by developing unique avatar profiles and designing conversation logic.

Conversation Phase Scheme & Global Rules
A structured framework outlining conversation phases and overarching rules to ensure conversations remain natural, coherent, and goal-oriented.
Custom Avatar Profiles
Development of two distinct avatar personas, each equipped with a unique set of behavioral traits and specialized product knowledge. These profiles support context-specific interactions, delivering a tailored learning experience.

Phase 4: Scaling Avatar Diversity (January – March 2025)

Building upon the foundations established in Phase 3, this phase expanded the platform’s versatility by introducing four additional custom avatar profiles.
