Currently, we’re seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to join an international project for a major European fintech company that provides secure and seamless payment solutions for retailers and online businesses. Their platform enables multi-channel payments and supports companies in managing and optimizing the entire payment process.

This engagement is scheduled for an initial term of 3 months, with the possibility of extension for a defined period depending on project needs.

 

Get ready to:

• Build and grow a Design System from scratch – including tokens, components, structures, and documentation.

• Create and maintain component libraries in Figma (auto-layout, variants, nested instances, properties).

• Define and implement theming, white-labeling, and multi-brand solutions.

• Co-own and write Design System documentation and standards.

• Collaborate closely with front-end developers on component implementation and naming consistency.

• Work with product teams to roll out new features with a consistent design approach.

• Ensure a seamless user experience across web, mobile, and tablet systems.

 

If you have:

• Proven hands-on experience building and scaling Design Systems from scratch.

• Strong knowledge of design tokens (structure, naming conventions, semantic logic).

• Experience with Figma and maintaining large component libraries.

• Solid understanding of theming and multi-brand / white-label solutions.

• The ability to create clear and concise Design System documentation.

• Experience working in product teams and collaborating closely with developers.

• Bonus points for multi-product / multi-platform project experience.

• A system-thinking mindset and a strong eye for visual consistency.

• Knowledge of English at least at a B2 level.
