We’re currently looking for a Test Automation Engineer to join a long-term project for an end client, focused on building and evolving a central test automation framework used across multiple product teams.

The team develops and maintains a Java/Selenium-based framework along with supporting tools such as test data generators. These solutions are actively used by Scrum teams working on product development, making quality engineering a core part of the delivery process.

You’ll be involved throughout the entire development lifecycle - from early concepts and requirements validation to implementation and testing. This role combines test automation, tool development, and close collaboration with internal users of the platform.

The project is planned until the end of 2026 with a strong possibility of extension, offering stability and long-term impact. The role is primarily remote, with occasional trips to the client in Germany to be agreed upon, including an onboarding phase on-site (travel costs covered by the client).

• Develop and maintain a central test automation framework (Java, Selenium)

• Build and improve internal testing tools (e.g. test data generators)

• Support both frontend and backend aspects of testing solutions

• Analyze requirements and validate concepts from a QA perspective

• Collaborate with users of the tools to ensure usability and effectiveness

• Contribute to high-quality, sustainable and maintainable solutions.

• Experience in test automation (preferably Selenium with Java)

• Understanding of web frontend development

• Strong knowledge of software development and testing processes

• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)

• High level of independence and proactive approach

• Willingness to travel occasionally to Germany (including onboarding phase)

• German language skills (C1 minimum – mandatory)

• English (B2+) for technical communication and documentation.
